Below are some responses I've received from my participants:

"I think technological errors of phones are inherent, so ideally, the ultimate goal should be to improve and completely fix them. However, during a transitional period, it may be more realistic to focus on mitigating these errors using currently available methods. For example, solutions like using a power bank, a battery-attached phone case, or finding nearby charging stations in advance can help address the issue. The gap between technological errors and a complete fix is an area that deserves more attention. I believe that countless trials based on creative ideas during this phase will eventually lead to a complete solution."

"The short lifespan of my phone’s battery annoys me the most. Phone batteries seem to drain much faster, especially in cold weather, after about two years of use. There was one time when my phone died while I was traveling abroad. It happened last summer, on the day I arrived in a new town in Argentina from another city. I was traveling alone and felt quite anxious about not being able to charge my phone, especially since I was in an unfamiliar area. I worried that I might get lost or end up in a dangerous situation. As it was nighttime, my fear was even greater than usual. If my phone had been error free and the battery had still worked as well as it did when it was new, I don’t think it would have turned off so easily"
